Thank you for taking a first step in seeking more in your work and life!
My name is Jessie, and I founded My Change Process in 2023. I actually founded Heartbox Magazine first about 8 years ago (I bought the domain and then stopped!), and I started working on the herStory podcast in the summer of 2023. I felt that my projects had very deep and connected roots - but I was not seeing the big picture yet. Then I left my corporate job at the end of 2023 after 15 years and found myself in a very unfamiliar situation: What's next?
My Change Process is the foundational answer to what my future work will be built upon, grow from, and be able to help thousands of stuck people.
I have a big passion for coaching people in their careers and for aligning one's work to be fulfilled AND make a difference in the world.
It does not have to be overwhelming!
It does not have to be impossible!
I aim to bring user friendly resources and offer an easy system to anyone managing their work and life but want to be BETTER.
MYCP is currently a free resource in the form of a blog that tackles big topics like personal development, career shifts, starting your own business, leading yourself and others, and all the questions in between!
MYCP and all of its branches and projects are rooted in Christianity so all offerings come from a place of being "faith based." I pray you will experience this site as a safe place to learn more and feel supported on your journey.

I am very excited to launch in-person workshops for those who need hands-on help with building a business - aiming for early December 2024 in the Frisco, Texas area! Registration should open 30 days out.

Another exciting project that I am developing is an accountability app that will sync with the MindsetCity Co coaching offerings. I will be needing some beta testers for that - sign up for our emails so you don't miss the application window which will be around January 2025.

Heartbox Magazine issue #1 will publish around March 2024 with submission window for issue #2 also opening the same month!

My other passion project is the herStory podcast. I had to pause this as I built out the coaching and accountability programs. Podcast guest interviews should resume in January 2025 with re-launch in February 2025 on Spotify!
